Terms
The site
This site describes what we do and lets you set up a walkthrough or a call. The prices on it are our real prices, and they are confirmed in writing in the management agreement before anything is signed. A booking, for a walkthrough or a call, is a time you picked; we confirm it by reply.
Texting
- Owners who sign up receive a photo of their rental by text about every two weeks and after storms, plus replies to what they ask. Tenants who sign up receive texts about repairs, access and their lease. Anyone who books on this site and ticks "Text me a confirmation" receives one text confirming the booking.
- You sign up by agreeing to the photo program in your management agreement or lease, by ticking that box when you book, or by texting us first. Texting is never a condition of working with us.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop at any time. Reply HELP, or email [email protected], for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
