Privacy

Short, because there is not much to say. We use what you give us to do the job and nothing else.

What we have

• Your name and email when you set up a walkthrough or a call, with the property address, your mobile, or both.
• Your phone number when you call or text us.
• Lease, rent, maintenance and payment records for homes we manage.

What we do with it

Reply to you, make the call or run the walkthrough, and manage your home. That is the whole list.

Texts

If you tick "Text me a confirmation" when you set up a walkthrough or a call, we text your mobile once to confirm it. Owners who sign up get a photo of their rental by text about every two weeks and after storms, and replies to anything they ask. Tenants who sign up get texts about repairs, access and their lease. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time and HELP for help. Texting is never a condition of working with us; say so and we use email instead.

Not shared, not sold

We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive texts is never shared with anyone.

Who else touches it

The services that run the site and the business, each seeing only what it needs: Resend, the email service that delivers your booking to us and our confirmation to you, Quo, our phone and texting provider, Google's address suggestions and street photo on the address field (Google's privacy policy covers that lookup), and the property management software that holds the records for homes we manage.

Keeping and deleting

Texas requires real estate brokers to keep transaction records for four years, so records for a managed home stay that long. Everything else goes when you ask. Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
